Juice Tea Hot Filling Line / Liquid Filling Machine
This juice filling machine is special used for grainy juice, and pulp juice bottling process.
It is consists of washing-pulp filling-juice filling-capping 4 parts (or separate)
Meanwhile, the pulp filler is piston filling type, It widely used for sauce and oil and other viscous material.
The juice filling machine capacity is 200ml-2000ml adjustable.

JUICE MACHINE PROFILE
Standard 3-in-1 monoblock for PET bottles rinsing, hot filling and capping. It is applicable to fruit juice, tea beverage, functional beverage, etc with 2000-20000BPH capacity. According to the special production condition, another sterilizing rinsing module could be added, that is 4-in-1 monoblock. The system has fully considered the beverage's characteristics (such as the frothing of the tea drink and mixed juice) and the technical requirement of the hot filling.
